Handle walk-in and phone customers, schedule appointments, and provide customers with updates and reports on their vehicles. Assist the parts counter when needed during busy times.

This position involves frequent phone communication with both customers and suppliers, so professional phone etiquette is a must. Strong note-taking, communication, and organizational skills are equally important.

Additional responsibilities include keeping the office clean, organized, and running smoothly.

Hours: 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM
