Part Time Pasta Production & Delivery

RigaTony Pasta Co. is a growing wholesale artisan pasta company serving restaurants, caterers, and chefs throughout the Chicago area. We make fresh, bronze-die extruded pasta and deliver it directly to our customers.

We're looking for a reliable, self motivated person to join the team on a part-time basis.
Starting 2 days a week (10-15 hrs/week) then ramping up to 4 days (20-30 hrs/week) as we get busier in the fall.

What You'll Do

• Produce fresh pasta using our commercial pasta machine
• Package and prepare orders for delivery
• Deliver pasta to restaurant customers in Chicago
• Work independently and manage your time effectively
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace

Schedule

• Monday and Thursday production days, approx 8 am - 4 pm
• Tuesday and Friday delivery, approx 11 am - 2 pm
• Hours vary based on production volume
• Typically 20-25 hours per week

Requirements

• Valid driver's license and car insurance
• Reliable personal vehicle
• Ability to lift 50# and stand for long periods
• Ability to lift and carry pasta deliveries
• Dependable, punctual, and organized
• Comfortable working alone and managing a solo shift

No pasta-making experience required.
We'll train the right person to use our pasta equipment and production process. Previous kitchen, food production experience is helpful but not required.

The most important qualities are reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Compensation

• $18/hr during training shifts, $25/ hr once trained
• Part-time (20-25 hours per week)
