Maintenance Technician

AWS/CES is looking for a Maintenance Technician for our automotive manufacturing client Location: Greenwood, IN Schedule: 1st shift Pay: $60-$65K salary base DOE + benefits Job Type: Full-Time/ Direct Hire About the Role We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to support our facility operations by minimizing downtime and keeping equipment running at peak performance. This role plays a key part in maintaining production efficiency through preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair. What You’ll Do Troubleshoot and repair equipment, tooling, and facility systems Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to reduce downtime and scrap Support production by responding quickly to maintenance issues Complete all maintenance documentation and ensure accurate record-keeping Assist with fabrication and implementation of improvement projects Maintain a safe work environment following all company and regulatory guidelines Participate in emergency procedures and safety protocols Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives What We’re Looking For High School Diploma or equivalent 2+ years of experience in industrial maintenance At least 1 year in a manufacturing environment Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills Solid understanding of machinery, tools, and equipment systems Ability to work independently and in a team environment Physical & Work Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks (bending, kneeling, climbing, etc.) Comfortable working at heights and in various positions (ladders, platforms, confined spaces) Able to stand for extended periods (8+ hours) Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail Basic computer skills for documentation and reporting Valid driver’s license required Send your resume to View email address on click.appcast.io #J-18808-Ljbffr Canadian Executive Search Group (USA) Inc / Division of Arrow Group of Companies
