Position Overview

Our client is seeking a results-driven Sales Representative to actively identify, engage, and develop new customer relationships. The ideal candidate will provide tailored solutions that drive revenue growth, customer acquisition, and long-term profitability. This role requires promoting the company's services using approved sales strategies and marketing materials while representing the organization at client meetings, networking events, and trade shows.

Responsibilities

• Attend marketing events and trade shows as required.
• Distribute marketing materials and promotional items.
• Set up and dismantle marketing displays for events.
• Provide quantitative reports on marketing event performance to management.
• Develop and maintain current knowledge of the company's services, industry trends, and competitor activities.
• Actively participate in local industry associations and networking groups.
• Identify and resolve client concerns to strengthen relationships and increase sales.
• Collaborate with local and national operations teams to promote customer satisfaction, business growth, and organizational success.

Requirements

• Present and sell the company's services to current and prospective clients.
• Follow up on leads and referrals generated through marketing and field activities.
• Identify, develop, and network with new business prospects.
• Work collaboratively with operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction and sales growth.
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of customer service principles and best practices.
• Meet deadlines and work effectively under time-sensitive conditions.
• Attend company-sponsored operational and safety training programs as required.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to develop and deliver effective sales presentations.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong reading, writing, and mathematical skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, spreadsheets, internet applications, CRM systems, and smartphones.
• Professional appearance with the ability to represent the company positively.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to travel extensively within the local market.
• Flexibility to work occasional evenings and overnight travel as needed.
• 3+ years of B2B sales experience required.
• Experience in marketing and sales program implementation preferred.
• Experience in restoration, insurance, or construction industries preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.

Physical Demands

Salary: $70,000-$80,000K + Commission
