Forklift Operator
Job Title: Forklift Operator Employment Type: Full Time Location: Talladega, AL. Pay: $15.00 per hour Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:15 PM
Job Summary: Forklift operator with experience supporting automotive manufacturing operations in a fast-paced production environment. Responsible for assembling, inspecting, and packaging automotive interior components while maintaining quality, safety, and productivity standards. Skilled in operating production equipment, following work instructions, performing quality checks, and collaborating with team members to meet daily production goals. Demonstrates strong attention to detail, reliability, and commitment to continuous improvement and workplace safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Load and unload materials and finished goods
- Move materials and finished goods throughout warehouse and production environment
- Follow all safety policies and procedures
- Complete all tasks as per work instructions.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of verifiable forklift experience.
- Previously certified to operate a forklift.
- Previous experience in a high volume manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Drug test and background check required.
- High School or GED required.
