Senior Recruiter/Lateral Hiring Team (6-month contract)

The global Talent Acquisition team drives the momentum of Charles River Associates (CRA). Requirements BA/BS degree or 4 years work experience in lieu of degree 4-6 years relevant work experience in a full-desk recruiting operation, professional services recruiting experience preferred, but not required Hands‑on experience with sourcing tools and strategies for mid‑ and senior‑level talent Understanding of sourcing and recruiting diverse talent Advanced knowledge of Excel (v‑lookups, pivot tables) preferred; intermediate skills in Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word Experience working with an ATS (Greenhouse) desirable Demonstrated track record of productivity, able to advance tasks with diplomacy and tact, and a willingness to take ownership of work Strong problem‑solving skills, able to find creative solutions without getting flustered, and willing to dig for an answer Exceptional attention to detail, focused ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks with tight turnarounds and appropriate urgency Good judgment, aware of confidentiality expectations, and use discretion around sensitive information #J-18808-Ljbffr
