We are seeking an experienced Home Care RN Supervisor to support our non‑medical home care department across Monmouth and Ocean County, NJ. Responsibilities Adhering to the Best Practices established by the Board of Nursing and CAHC Accreditation Standards Open communication with other Team Members, Clients, and Family Provide input regarding placing care partners appropriately with clients Supervision of CHHA team members for on-campus / off-campus clients Making monthly follow-up calls/visits to ensure adherence of Care Plan Evaluate effectiveness of care provided by CHHAs with timely completion of 60‑day skills assessments during on‑site visit Requirements New Jersey Registered Nurse (RN) License BLS Certification New Jersey Driver's License, and an automobile in good working condition with appropriate insurance coverage in accordance to New Jersey laws.
