Job Title CNA Shift(s) Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm (5-7 visits daily) Job Location Waymart, PA and surrounding areas Our CNAs see patients in the most ideal setting - where the patient resides! Our offices are located in Dunmore, PA. At Traditional, we do our best to schedule CNA visits within a sensible geographic territory every day. Job responsibilities include, but not limited to the following: Administers personal care and ADL assistance to patients according to the individual's care plan. Reports patient status changes to nursing supervisor on a continuous basis. Prepares, maintains and submits documentation as required in a thorough and timely manner. Requirements Current Pennsylvania certification as a Certified Nurse Aide Must have a current PA driver’s license Ability to travel to multiple patient assignments dailyAbility to work independently with minimal supervision Excellent organizational and time management skills Strong interpersonal skills Strong verbal and written communications skills Why Choose Traditional Home Health?
