Soliant is hiring a Managing Pharmacist for an exciting opportunity with a well-established independent compounding pharmacy in the Phoenix, AZ area — with a long-term path toward ownership! This is a great fit for a pharmacist who wants to build and grow a business, not just work another pharmacy job. The assignment starts as a 3-month contract to hire, leading into a permanent role with a competitive $150K salary, benefits, PTO, and the potential to purchase a minority ownership stake down the line (with additional ownership opportunities over time).

This role works Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM, with script volume under 100/day and a small, supportive team (1 compounding tech, 1 retail tech).

Responsibilities:

• Lead daily pharmacy operations and staff
• Oversee compounding, workflow, inventory, and compliance
• Build strong patient and prescriber relationships
• Drive business growth and operational performance
• Potentially serve as Pharmacist-in-Charge

Qualifications:

• Active Arizona Pharmacist license, or eligibility required
• Strong leadership and communication skills required
• Entrepreneurial mindset and interest in future ownership

Experience:

• Compounding or independent pharmacy experience preferred
• PioneerRx system experience a plus

Work Hours:

• Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM

Pay: $65–$70/hr, based on experience (plus $150K competitive permanent salary, benefits, and PTO upon conversion)

Contract Length: 3-month contract to hire
