Degree in Radiologic Technology, Certification in Radiologic Technology (ARRT Certification), and minimum 1+ years Radiology Tech experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications:

• Current ARRT certification and valid state licensure required
• Minimum of one year experience as a Radiologic Technologist or X-ray Tech
• Proficient in operating and maintaining radiology equipment, including digital and portable X-ray units
• Thorough understanding of imaging safety standards and infection control protocols
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact compassionately with patients
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a clinical team
• BLS certification preferred

Responsibilities:

• Perform high-quality radiologic and X-ray imaging studies as ordered by healthcare providers
• Prepare and position patients appropriately for diagnostic procedures, ensuring their comfort and safety
• Accurately document patient information and ensure seamless integration into electronic records
• Maintain and calibrate imaging equipment to ensure optimal functionality
• Adhere to radiation safety guidelines and regulatory requirements at all times
• Collaborate with physicians and other medical staff to support precise diagnoses
• Assist with additional tasks or imaging procedures as directed by supervising staff
