Perform critical care procedures including intubation, arterial line insertion, central line placement, and chest tube insertion. Manage ventilated patients and acute volume/BP issues. Round on assigned patients and coordinate care with the multidisciplinary team. Document encounters in Epic EMR and ensure timely hand-offs.
