About the Job We are looking for customer service representatives with personality and people skills. This role involves operating store equipment, preparing and assembling pizza products, taking orders over the phone and in person, handling payments, stocking ingredients, and maintaining a clean work environment. The position can be part‑time or full‑time and offers a potential stepping‑stone to management positions. Job Duties Operate all store equipment. Stock ingredients from the delivery area to storage, work area, and walk‑in cooler. Prepare pizza products. Receive and process telephone orders. Take inventory and complete associated paperwork. Clean equipment and facility daily. Training & Communication Orientation and training are provided on the job. Essential communication skills include the ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions; verbal communication with customers and co‑workers to process orders over the phone and in person; and the ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen. Essential Functions & Skills Quick and accurate basic arithmetic, including making correct monetary change. Motor coordination to execute precise rapid movements. Verbal, written, and telephone skills for order processing. Computer and touchscreen usage. Work Conditions & Physical Demands Staff may work in temperatures ranging from 36°F to 90°F+ and under varying weather conditions. The job requires stooping, bending, crouching, reaching, and handling hot surfaces and sharp edges. Physical tasks include carrying products while walking or climbing stairs and handling ingredients and equipment throughout the day. Driving Specific Duties (If applicable) Deliver product by car to the customer’s door. Deliver flyers and door hangers. Navigate varying terrain and multi‑story buildings, carrying product. Drive within a designated delivery area regularly. Requirements Must be 16 years of age or older. Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record meeting company standards. Access to an insured vehicle that can be used for delivery (if applying for driving duties). Ability to navigate maps, locate addresses, and travel along designated delivery routes.
