Key Responsibilities Individualized pediatric care — Deliver safe, developmentally appropriate 1:1 nursing Clinical monitoring & documentation — Observe, record, and communicate changes in condition Family‑centered support — Partner with families to promote comfort and stability Home safety — Maintain infection control and ensure proper equipment use Pay Rate RN: $45/hr Available Shifts Day shifts Evening shifts Overnight shifts Flexible scheduling across multiple pediatric cases. Qualifications Active New Jersey RN License Pediatric experience preferred (home care or facility) Current BLS Certification Authorized to work in the U.S. Valid driver’s license preferred Physical exam within 12 months PPD or QuantiFERON within 1 year (or chest X‑ray within 5 years) Proof of MMR within 10 years Proof of flu vaccine or approved exemption Why Nurses Choose Affir...
