Now Hiring – Production Level 1 / CNC OperatorWe are currently seeking motivated individuals for an entry-level Production Level 1 / CNC Operator role in a manufacturing environment. This is a great opportunity to start or grow a career in precision manufacturing.Pay: $18.00/hour Shift: 6:00-4:30PMJob Overview: Employees will assist in the manufacturing of glass and optical components by operating CNC machinery. Work is repetitive, hands-on, and requires attention to detail in a fast-paced production setting.Key Responsibilities:Operate CNC machines (drilling, grinding, milling, etc.)Load raw materials and prepare machines for production runsFollow blueprints and written/verbal instructionsMonitor machine performance and make basic adjustmentsInspect finished parts for quality and accuracyMaintain safety standards and clean work areaPerform repetitive production tasks with focus and consistencyRequirements:High School Diploma or equivalent preferredWarehouse or Manufacturing experience 1-2 yearsAbility to follow instructions and work as part of a teamComfortable with standing for long periods and repetitive motionAbility to lift up to 40 lbs (up to 75 lbs in some areas)Basic math and reading skillsCall us today View phone number on click.appcast.io!
