Server Assisant

Home Team Management Company LLC

Job Purpose:
As a Server Assistant, you're the behind-the-scenes hero making sure service flows smoothly. From clearing tables to restocking stations, you help create a clean, welcoming space for every guest.

What You'll Do:

Support servers with food running, table resets, and guest needs.
Clear and clean tables quickly, keeping the dining area tidy and inviting.
Set up tables with clean glassware and roll-ups.
Help with large party setups or event breakdowns.
Keep server stations stocked with everything they need-before they even ask.
Wipe down chairs, high chairs, and outdoor furniture to keep everything spotless.
Tackle side work and restocking duties during downtime.

Physically active and comfortable moving around a lot.
Reliable and always ready to jump in when needed.
Great communicator who thrives in a team environment.

Physical Requirements:

Standing the whole shift
Frequent bending, reaching, and lifting (up to 35 lbs)
Communicating clearly with teammates and guests
