With our Technicians' diligence and attention to detail, homeowners can rest assured that their home is well cared for and consistently maintained to the highest standard.What You'll AccomplishEnsure timely and quality completion of scheduled maintenance and repairs for our members' homesInteract with members, subcontractors and our support team to provide updates and instructions regarding maintenance needsProvide clearly documented reports after each visit to summarize the work completed and any necessary follow-upGrow and develop your skills with professional development and opportunities to advance within our company into leadership rolesWho You AreA seasoned handyman or maintenance professional with a background in residential home building and/or maintenanceKnowledgeable about basic home maintenance including basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall and paintingAn excellent problem solver who can work independently to troubleshoot household issuesA good communicator who can clearly relay both verbal and written informationComfortable with technology (basic computer skills, email, our Proprietary Software)Benefits and CompensationUp to $35/hour (commensurate with experience)No on-call work -- stable schedule of 40 hrs/weekTake-home company vehicle, assigned only to youHealth/vision/dental insurancePTOThis position is based in the Charlotte (Myers Park), North Carolina region
