Who we are looking forThe AI Enablement Product Owner will help advance AI-enabled capabilities across the Charles River Investment Management Solution and Alpha Data Platform, collectively the Alpha Platform. In this role, you will define, build, and scale AI capabilities that deliver measurable business outcomes. You will partner with existing product teams to apply AI capabilities and integration patterns that enhance our offerings through agentic and automation-driven assistants and functions. Ultimately, you will transform AI innovation into scalable, real-world impact embedded in investment management workflows.To be successful, the AI Enablement Product Manager will serve as a hands-on product leader responsible for operationalizing AI as part of the Charles River suite of product offerings. The role combines strategic foresight with execution rigor, requiring close collaboration with engineering, and business teams to translate emerging AI capabilities into tangible, production-ready features. This individual will drive the lifecycle of AI initiatives, including use case discovery, model integration, workflow design, governance alignment, and performance measurement, ensuring that AI capabilities deliver consistent, measurable impact across both internal operations and client-facing solutions.
