Senior Estimator

As Senior Estimator, you'll play a critical role in driving our growth by leading the full estimating process - from early-stage conceptual budgets through final bid submissions. You'll work closely with project managers, field crews, and clients to ensure every proposal is accurate, competitive, and positions the client to win. Responsibilities Study and analyze civil, architectural, and landscape blueprints and specifications Perform detailed quantity takeoffs for materials, labor, and equipment Evaluate subcontractor proposals and negotiate competitive pricing Prepare estimates at all levels of design completion (conceptual, schematic, DD, CD) Identify value engineering and cost-saving opportunities Lead RFP responses and prepare and submit bid proposals Identify technical issues and project logistics early in the process Negotiate with new and existing clients Collaborate with project managers for seamless project handoff What Were Looking For Solid background in the landscape industry (commercial/public sector required; construction or civil a plus) Experience estimating across all project phases Strong negotiation and communication skills Detail-oriented, organized, and self-driven Advanced computer skills, including estimating software $100,000 - $125,000/year, based on experience Full-time position Based in Sylmar | Projects throughout Southern California All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
