School Speech Language Pathologist

The School Speech Language Pathologist provides diagnostic, therapeutic, and educational services to students with speech, language, and swallowing disorders. This role supports the learning environment by developing individualized plans and collaborating with educators, families, and healthcare teams. The position contributes to student academic success and overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and assess speech, language, and swallowing disorders in students.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with school goals.
• Deliver direct therapy sessions to students in individual or group settings.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress.
• Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, interventions, and outcomes.
• Monitor and report student progress to school administration and parents.

Qualifications:

• Standard education requirements as specified in facility guidelines.
• Certifications required per facility standards.
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience and skills.
• Must meet standard requirements, including soft skills, background checks, and any physical demands necessary for the role; additional facility-specific requirements may apply, such as EMR familiarity, scrubs, or orientation.
