Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
• Valid state SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)
• School-based or pediatric experience preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech-language services to elementary students in group and individual settings
• Develop and implement IEP goals tailored to each student’s needs
• Conduct evaluations, progress monitoring, and standardized assessments
• Communicate progress and strategies to teachers and parents
• Work in tandem with educators, administrators, and specialists to support overall student success
• Maintain timely and thorough documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines
