Assembly TechnicianPay: $22–$26/hour (DOE)Location: Longmont, COShift: Monday - Friday 7:00am - 3:30pmWe are seeking Assembly Technicians to join a growing manufacturing team in Longmont, CO. In this role, you will assemble and test high-precision gas distribution and semiconductor process equipment used in advanced technology applications worldwide.This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong mechanical assembly experience who enjoy working in a quality-focused, high-tech manufacturing environment.Job ResponsibilitiesAssemble mechanical and electrical systems from engineering drawings and specificationsBuild sub-assemblies and large-scale equipment using hand and power toolsPerform electrical crimping, wiring, and component installationConduct testing and inspections to ensure quality and performance standards are metSupport hydro-testing activities and accurately document resultsFollow ISO9001 quality standards and manufacturing proceduresMaintain a controlled manufacturing environment and comply with safety protocolsUse basic computer programs to document work and communicate with team membersParticipate in continuous improvement and Lean manufacturing initiativesCollaborate with engineering, production, and quality teamsQualificationsHigh School Diploma OR GED2+ years of mechanical assembly experience in a manufacturing environmentAbility to read and interpret blueprints, assembly drawings, and technical documentationAbility to work in a cleanroom environmentExperience using hand tools, power tools, and testing equipmentElectrical crimping and wiring experienceStrong attention to detail and commitment to qualityBasic computer skillsAbility to work independently and within a team environmentWork EnvironmentFully onsite in Longmont, COMonday–Friday schedule with some start-time flexibilityControlled manufacturing environment with strict quality standardsISO9001-certified facility focused on safety and excellenceJob Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Longmont, CO.The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $26.00/hr.Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
