Conduct data entry tasks accurately to maintain up-to-date client records. Engage in outbound calling, text messages and or email to follow up on client requests and ensure satisfaction. Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve client services. Analyze client needs and provide tailored solutions to enhance their experience.
