Job Overview
We are seeking energetic and detail-oriented Production Associates (Print Finishing) at Levels 2 & 3 to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in executing a variety of print finishing processes, ensuring the highest standards of quality and precision. Your expertise will help bring vibrant, durable printed products to life, supporting our mission to create impactful brand experiences for clients across diverse industries.

We are seeking a skilled and dependable production team member with  direct print industry experience to join our print finishing department. This role is designed for candidates who already understand printing and print finishing processes and can step into  Production 2 or Production 3roles.

Experience in print finishing is not just a bonus — it is a major advantage. We need someone who already knows how folding, binding, cutting, and laminating work in a production environment.

You will operate finishing equipment independently or with minimal supervision, inspect your own work and others', and help maintain a safe, efficient workspace.

Core Responsibilities

Machine Operation (Production 2 / 3 level):

• Set up, adjust, and operate finishing equipment such as cutters, folders, binders, laminators, and collators with minimal supervision.
• Load materials and manage job changeovers efficiently.
• Monitor equipment during runs and resolve minor mechanical issues (e.g., jams, misalignments) without always escalating.

Quality Assurance:

• Inspect finished products for misaligned cuts, incorrect folds, loose bindings, print flaws, and color or registration issues.
• Identify and reject defective work; document quality issues and trends.
• For Production 3 candidates: train others on quality expectations.

Maintenance & Workspace Support:

• Perform routine cleaning, lubrication, and basic maintenance on finishing equipment.
• Keep workstations and production floor organized and safe.

Safety & Compliance:

• Follow all safety protocols for machinery, material handling, and PPE.
• Actively identify and report potential hazards.

Required Skills & Abilities

• Direct experience in print finishing (folding, binding, cutting, laminating, or similar) — required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to catch defects before products leave the department.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English.
• Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills for minor equipment issues.
• Reliable, self-directed, and team-oriented work ethic.

Physical & Logistical Requirements

• Stand for 8–10 hour shifts.
• Lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
• Reliable transportation for consistent on-time attendance.
• Availability for overtime and occasional weekends as needed.
