Customer Logistics Manager - International Planning

Job Summary Customer Logistics Manager in Spring Hill, TN for the Supply Chain Solutions division. Oversee day‑to‑day operations, account management, and staffing for a key customer‑facing function. Responsibilities Oversee daily operations, ensuring customer service satisfaction and expectations are met. Manage staffing, including performance management, development, and scheduling of exempt and non‑exempt employees. Ensure compliance with health and safety, state, local, and federal regulations. Plan and schedule operations, providing off‑shift support during critical customer network events. Collaborate with international functional teams and stakeholders, performing high‑level analysis to resolve job‑related problems. Operate independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment, maintaining excellent time management and organization. Qualifications Strong academic background – bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or Supply Chain (preferred) or equivalent experience. At least 2 years of relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse, or related field. At least 1 year of direct supervisory/leadership experience. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access). In‑depth knowledge of logistics industry, customer/company local and federal regulations, and fundamental supply chain management components. High analytical ability, teamwork skills, and strong multitasking capability. Compensation Base salary up to $72,000 per year, with potential eligibility for annual bonus, commission, and/or additional incentives. Detailed compensation may vary based on market data and internal equity.
