Requirements:
Valid LPN or RN license through the State of Ohio without disciplinary actions
Must be able to pass fingerprint & background check
Reliable transportation (a personal vehicle, a driver's license and car insurance)
Assessing care plan compliance
Evaluating patient needs
Infection control and safety checks
Reporting changes
