Compensation And Benefits $103,031 - $135,529 annual starting salary (certificated salary schedule) Master's and Doctoral supplements of $3,056.00 Exceptional benefits packages to all employees serving at 50% time. We honor up to 13 years of verified certificated teaching experience toward salary placement. Speech-Language Pathologists will receive eight (8) years of service credit or number of years of actual verified prior service as set forth in the collective bargaining agreement, whichever is higher.
