This is a rare opportunity to step into a Director role with a clear and realistic path to Equity Partnership. We're working with a highly respected boutique firm in Baytown that’s planning for the future, and they're looking for someone ready to be part of it.
Over the next two to three years, the current Partners are preparing to transition ownership. That means you won’t just have a seat at the table you’ll have a genuine opportunity to shape the direction of the firm and build long-term security for yourself.
