Drives competitive pricing. Searches for best pricing solutions in order to maximize profitability of AFR. Evaluates risks during solution design and spot quote process. Escalates as needed for decision making on risk taking through higher hierarchy levels. Adheres to and complies with standards and pricing instructions set forth by management. Interacts with customers in alignment with Sales. Skills / Requirements BS/BA in related discipline and/or 1‑3 years of experience in related field and local market. Must have good analytical skills, be task & detail oriented. Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure. Must be self‑motivated and can work with minimal supervision. Strong analytical and communication (written and verbal) skills. Ability to maneuver through and work in multiple operational and quoting systems daily. Pay Range $74,970.00 – $99,960.00+ (Based on Experience) Benefits (All Non‑Union Employees) Competitive base salary plus role dependent performance‑based incentives. 401(k) match: $1‑for‑$1 match up to 4% quarterly + 2% annual base contribution.
