The Gateway Region YMCA is seeking a Benefits Administrator to manage employee benefit programs including life, health, and retirement plans. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree and two years of related experience, providing excellent support and compliance with regulations. This position includes oversight of annual open enrollment communications and training, ensuring benefits are administered properly. A diverse workforce is welcomed.
