Job Responsibilities

• Customized Treatment Plans: Assess patients' needs and formulate individualized therapy approaches to support their functional aspirations.
• Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Employ evidence-based practices to enhance patients' motor abilities, cognitive functions, and daily activities.
• Collaborate with Interdisciplinary Teams: Work closely with OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to provide comprehensive and integrative care.
• Educate Patients and Families: Provide guidance to patients and their families on therapeutic methods to encourage ongoing progress at home.
• Monitor Progress and Adjust Treatment: Keep track of clinical outcomes and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans, ensuring that patients remain on their recovery path.

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Ongoing education and post-doctoral certifications welcomed and supported.

Required Certifications

• Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license.
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification required.
