Operations Manager-CA

Position Summary The Operations Manager is a member of the Store Management team and supports the Store Manager in the overall leadership and strategic operation of a CVS/pharmacy store. The role involves driving store execution and performance while building consumer loyalty through excellent customer service. Essential Functions Management – Lead others and collaborate with store crews. Supervise, assign, and direct crew activities, communicate information promptly, and support the Store Manager with action plans for operational and service improvement. Customer Service – Assist customers with questions, problems, and complaints, and promote the CVS customer service culture (greet, offer help, and thank). Qualifications Deductive reasoning ability, advanced analytical and computer skills. Advanced communication skills, leadership, supervision, and influencing skills. Ability to work a full‑time flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight, and weekend shifts, and to respond to urgent issues when they arise. Preferred Qualifications Experience as a retail manager or supervisor. Education High school diploma or equivalent (required). Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is $23.47 – $37.47 per hour. The actual base salary will depend on experience, education, geography and other factors.
