Education Coordinator
Virtual Vocations Inc
Providing operational and administrative support, the part-time Education Coordinator will manage member support requests, assist with Learning Management System (LMS) operations, and facilitate group enrollment processes, working either remotely or onsite in Schaumburg, IL. Key responsibilities Serve as the centralized point of contact for education-related member support requests, managing Jira tickets and ensuring timely responses Coordinate group enrollment operations and assist with onboarding tasks for institutional clients Track and report metrics related to member support activities, identifying trends and opportunities for process improvement Required qualifications Associate's degree preferred Minimum of 2 years of related experience in administrative, operations, customer support, or education program coordination Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and ticketing platforms such as Jira preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with data tracking and reporting tools Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
