Job Full Description We are seeking a detail-oriented Temporary Office Clerk to support our team with an Accounts Payable backlog. This role will focus on administrative support, including document management and electronic filing. The ideal candidate is organized, efficient, and experienced in handling high-volume clerical tasks. Job Title : Temporary Office Clerk (Accounts Payable Support)
Location : Camas, WA
Duration : Approximately 3 months (temporary assignment) Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with processing and organizing Accounts Payable documentation
• Merge, format, and manage electronic documents
• Perform high-volume electronic filing and records management
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems
• Support the AP team with general administrative tasks as needed
• Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of financial records
Qualifications:
• Prior experience in an office clerk, administrative, or similar role
• Experience with document merging and electronic filing systems required
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Word and Excel)
• Experience supporting finance or Accounts Payable teams is a plus

• Temporary assignment expected to last approximately 3 months
