- Slump & Mix Control: Inspect concrete slump at job sites and make adjustments within specified parameters as directed by customer/dispatch.
- Cleanliness & Maintenance: Thoroughly wash down the truck, discharge chute, and hopper after each delivery to prevent concrete buildup.
- Customer Relations: Interact professionally with contractors, site supervisors, and dispatch while obtaining signatures and delivery confirmation.
- Safety First: Adhere strictly to all company safety standards, local traffic laws, and OSHA/DOT regulations.
Requirements & Qualifications

- Skills: Ability to operate a manual or automatic rear/front-discharge ready-mix truck, maneuver heavy vehicles in tight job sites, and handle minor troubleshooting.
- Physical Capability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders to check hopper/slump, and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
