We have weekend opportunities across Baltimore County, Howard County, and Baltimore City, including day, evening, and overnight assignments. AVAILABILITY

Applicants for this position must be available to work during the day Available assignments include: * Day shifts * Short and extended shifts * Ongoing, consistent weekend assignments Specific schedules will depend on client needs, caregiver qualifications, availability, and location. What You’ll Do As a Senior Helpers caregiver, you’ll help older adults remain safe, independent, and comfortable in their own homes by providing personalized care that may include: * Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and personal hygiene * Helping with walking, transfers, and mobility * Preparing meals and assisting with feeding when needed * Performing light housekeeping and laundry * Providing medication reminders * Offering companionship and meaningful conversation * Providing transportation to appointments, errands, and community activities * Observing and reporting changes in a client’s condition * Completing simple visit documentation Every client has unique needs, and you’ll have the support of our experienced office team every step of the way. What We’re Looking For We’re looking for caregivers who are: * Consistently available during the day * Compassionate, patient, and attentive * Dependable and punctual * Professional and respectful * Strong communicators * Passionate about helping older adults remain safe, independent, and engaged Qualifications * Previous caregiving, CNA, GNA, or home care experience preferred * Availability to work during the day * Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation * Authorization to work in the United States * Ability to pass all required background screenings * Current TB screening or willingness to obtain one * CPR certification preferred or willingness to obtain it * Comfortable providing hands-on personal care, including bathing, dressing, toileting, transfers, and mobility assistance Why You’ll Love Working at Senior Helpers We believe great caregivers deserve a workplace that respects their time, recognizes their contribution, and supports them when they need help.
