Our client, a leader in healthcare diagnostics, is seeking an Engineer, Software Quality - Principle to join their team. As an Engineer, Software Quality - Principle, you will be part of the Quality Assurance department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Engineer, Software Quality - Principle Location: Lake Forest, IL Pay Range: $45 What's the Job? Conduct quality-related activities to ensure the delivery of high-quality documents, services, products, and processes. Ensure regulatory compliance of healthcare products and maintain adherence to industry standards. Define project goals, milestones, and ensure timely project completion. Provide innovative and practical solutions to complex problems, influencing project scope and direction. Lead cross-functional projects, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and train team members as needed. What's Needed? Apprenticeship or bachelor’s degree in Life Science, Engineering, or a related discipline, or relevant experience. Minimum of 5 years of work experience in Quality or a related field. Experience with regulatory compliance in healthcare or related industries. Strong understanding of quality systems, risk management, and regulatory standards.
