LPN/LVNTryfacta is seeking a LPN/LVN for our client in Vestal, NY 13850. This is a 16-week contract assignment. If you meet the qualifications listed below and are interested, please apply now!Location: Vestal, NY 13850Duration: 16 weeksWork Schedule: Night 3x12-hour (18:45 - 07:15)Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to: administer medications and treatments as prescribed; perform medication passes accurately and safely; monitor and report changes in resident condition; complete timely and accurate documentation; provide nursing care in accordance with facility policies; supervise CNAs on assigned units.*1 year plus of LTC experience, will accept clinicians with other recent specialty experience. Like rehab, med surg, hospital experience. Skills/Experience: First-timers accepted: yes. Weekend req: every other weekend required upon center request. Certs req: BLS.
