What You’ll Do: Lead, coach, and develop a high‑performing FOH & BOH team. Deliver exceptional guest experiences with a warm, positive, “+1” service mindset. Manage daily operations: scheduling, labor, inventory, ordering, and store standards. Ensure product quality, cleanliness, and consistency across all touchpoints. Drive KPIs including P&L, COGS, labor, sales, and customer sentiment. Oversee catering operations, events, and community activations. Recruit, hire, onboard, and train team members who embody The Salty culture. Solve problems proactively and maintain a calm, confident leadership presence. What You Bring: 4+ years of management experience in hospitality, QSR, or food & beverage. Experience leading teams of 10+ per shift. Strong understanding of P&L, labor management, scheduling, and operations. A guest‑obsessed, people‑focused leadership style. Ability to stay composed in high‑volume environments. A positive, coachable, humble attitude with a drive to grow. ServSafe Manager Certification (or ability to obtain within 90 days). Ability to work weekends and holidays.
