Sr. Learning Manager, Field Enablement Neuroscience

Role Overview Senior Learning Manager, Field Enablement – Neuroscience, US Commercialization Learning organization at Bristol Myers Squibb. Primary Responsibilities Onboard new commercial and medical customer‑facing teams, elevating clinical knowledge, selling skills, and functional capabilities across U.S. business units and assigned brands. Collaborate with training colleagues, sales, medical, operations, and marketing leadership to implement results‑focused, performance‑based training and development processes. Co‑develop and facilitate POA meetings, new‑hire classroom workshops, and other training activities focusing on Scientific Agility, Selling Skills/Customer Engagement, Product & Disease State Knowledge, Insights Gathering, Business Analytics, and above‑brand competencies. Maintain and update onboarding curriculum pathways to reflect latest strategic and scientific priorities. Streamline and align training delivery across therapeutic areas and indications to ensure a consistent, high‑quality learning experience. Work with project managers and Enterprise Learning Services to assign curricula through the Learning Experience Platform, MyLearning Lead, and conduct verbal validations and certifications. Lead and conduct Train the Trainer sessions and manage preceptors (NSTs/DSTs) to deliver key projects. Assess and analyze the effectiveness of training programs using the Kirkpatrick Model, adhering to Adult Learning Principles and learning measurement methodologies. Travel for multiple meeting engagements, including Managers Meetings, National Plan of Action Meetings, and various training initiatives; required presence at Princeton Pike (PPK) home office 2–3 days per month. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required; Master’s degree preferred. Minimum of 5–7 years Pharmaceutical Sales Representative experience; therapeutic area or training experience highly preferred. Demonstrated ability to work effectively in matrix teams and manage multiple projects. Track record of developing self and others to drive and enhance performance. Strong presentation and facilitation skills, including experience leading workshops at sales meetings or new‑hire classes. Ability to create and communicate new‑hire strategic learning plans and curricula. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and AI applications (ChatGPT, MS Co‑Pilot, Claude). Strong leadership, execution mindset, and a winning mentality. Compensation Overview Princeton, NJ, US: $148,750 – $180,250 base salary. Additional incentive cash and stock opportunities may be available.
