About the Role

We are a robust centralized design team where all creative functions mingle and have purview across the entire company. Product designers, hyper-focused on delivering a world-class product that reps love, collaborate with visual designers that are always pushing our brand in innovative ways, challenging every pixel. Our digital media designers create compelling story-driven content using critical insights provided by our user experience researchers that allow us to experiment and push for quality over quantity. Our design operations folks remove barriers, enable us to all do our best work, and build connections within and without the team.

The Role You are a driven creative leader with the perfect balance of skills to drive the project forward, manage the team to make it happen, and willingness to roll up your sleeves to get things done. You have experience with shepherding designs from initial ideation, through rapid iteration, to pixel-perfect implementation. You should have a passion for usability, an eye for visual consistency, and the ability to synthesize complexity into its essential parts. You are an effective diplomat with strong communication and organization skills who is willing to advocate for the design position in the face of senior balancing points from product management, marketing and engineering leadership. What You'll Do

• Ability to manage a team of talented designers to deliver strong work on tight schedules
• Experience working across multiple projects at once
• Identify and prioritize usage scenarios through customer research, competitive analysis, and current user behavior
• Analyze insights across a wide range of inputs from data analytics to customer interviews
• Create wireframes, storyboards, and screen flows for the organization and executive reviews
• Design and drive functional prototypes to prove out interaction models
• Strong partnership with engineering and product management to drive shared vision and execution of product plans
• Deliver a UX vision, along with a plan for evolutionary, iterative updates, that actualize the larger vision over time
• Drive AI Design Research and Development within the team, evolving the Design Process via the use of AI tools and processes

Your Background

• Degree in human-computer interaction, interaction design, visual design, or equivalent work experience
• 10+ years of experience designing world-class experiences at scale
• 5+ years experience managing world-class design teams, multiple geographies a plus
• Expert knowledge of user-centered design principles
• Demonstrable fluency with Figma, or equivalent design tool
• Solid portfolio of work spanning multiple at-scale projects
• Experience with UX for enterprise software products, channels, or marketplaces
• Experience or interest in creating style guides, pattern libraries, and other design solutions that drive design across large organizations
• Experience working with agile development teams (agile/scrum/kanban)
• Experience using the latest AI tools to deliver high-quality, end-to-end user scenarios at scale
• Experience in leading the transformation of Design teams towards Agentic Design processes
• Willingness to roll up the sleeves and lead by example when required
• Outstanding interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
• Excellent collaborative skills

Base salary range: $216,522 - $297,652 Employees may also be eligible for bonuses and other forms of compensation. The above represents total expected compensation for this role. Actual compensation will depend on various job-related factors, including, but not limited to, location, experience, and job qualifications.
