Client Support Associate

Overland Park, KS | Fully Onsite
Full-Time | Contract to Hire | up to $27ph.

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnered with a client who is seeking a Banking Operations & Client Support Associate to join their team and play a key role in delivering high-quality customer experience while supporting daily banking operations. This position sits at the intersection of client service and operational execution, requiring someone who can confidently assist customers while also ensuring internal processes are completed with precision and compliance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Respond to client inquiries through phone, email, or in-person interactions in a professional and timely manner

· Guide customers through a variety of account-related needs, including:

o General account questions and updates

o Online and mobile banking access assistance

o Debit card support and transaction inquiries

· Manage a steady volume of customer interactions while maintaining strong attention to detail

· Execute operational tasks such as account updates, data entry, and basic transaction support

· Ensure all interactions meet regulatory and internal compliance standards, including identity verification

· Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records within internal systems

· Partner with internal departments to resolve more complex customer issues

· Identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements to enhance service delivery

QUALIFICATIONS:

· MUST HAVE AT LEAST 1+ years of experience in banking, financial services, or customer service

· Experience in a high-volume environment such as call center, Branch banking, or operations

· Working knowledge of common banking products and services

· Strong communication skills with the ability to explain information clearly and professionally

· High degree of accuracy and ability to follow established procedures

· Comfortable navigating multiple systems and learning new technology

· Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically in real-time situations

Pay Details: $23.00 to $27.00 per hour
