The ideal candidate will evaluate and treat patients in the patient's home and be a part of a collaborative team of health providers. Atlantic Visiting Nurse provides personalized care for you or a loved one to regain health, stay out of the hospital, and remain living independently at home. When patients and their primary care physicians agree that curative treatment is no longer appropriate or desired, a referral to Atlantic Hospice may be appropriate.
