Job Summary

We have multiple openings for Production Support / Technical Cleaners to join our company working onsite at an automobile plant located in Lincoln, AL. The work schedule openings consist of 1st shift, 2nd shift, and 3rd shift!!! Please apply asap to be considered for immediate employment!!!

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Demonstrates the values and business principles of Leadec.
• Works safely at all times.
• Complete tasks in accordance with standardized quality checklists.
• Continually seek opportunities to improve onsite activities.
• Master skills associated with the versatility matrix.
• Review current best practices resulting in efficiencies relating to time, material usage, and safety.
• Live "Safety is Your Life" Program. Use proper personal protective equipment, i.e., hearing protection, steel toed shoes, safety glasses, etc., as required for the task at hand.
• Wear personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Adhering to and supporting all EHS and Quality objectives, in accordance with ISO 14001, 45001 and 9001 respectively.
• All other duties as assigned by Leadec manager.

Position Qualifications:

• Experience with forklifts, tow motors, logistics, assembly line, painting, or carpentry is preferred
• Experience with industrial, manufacturing, and janitorial industry is preferred
• Flexible schedule - willing to work unscheduled overtime, and sometimes weekends
• Dependable - Will be at work on time each day.
• Work in varying conditions, including high humidity and fast-paced environments.
• Perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Work without direct supervision.
• Follows work instructions.
• Reliable transportation.

Physical Requirements:

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the key actions of the job:

• Required to talk and/or hear in an industrial setting (noise level is high). Frequently required to stand and walk on concrete surfaces for 4 -12 hours. Occasionally required to reach with hands and arms; lift; stoop, or crouch.
• Vision requirements: close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception and focus adjustment.
• Work is performed in an industrial-manufacturing environment with occasional time spent working on a computer or at a desk.
