Community Manager - Wesley Village

Responsibilities Lead and motivate staff to meet daily, weekly, and monthly property goals through coaching, accountability, and clear performance expectations. Manage leasing operations by setting weekly specials, breaking monthly targets into actionable goals, overseeing activity, and personally leasing units as needed. Resolve resident issues promptly and professionally while ensuring all team interactions support high resident satisfaction. Oversee property operations including budgeting, expense approvals, property inspections, staff scheduling, and maintaining cleanliness and appearance standards. Direct marketing and communication by guiding local marketing efforts with corporate partners and producing clear community-wide resident updates. Maintain professional service standards through consistent communication, calm handling of complaints, adherence to uniform guidelines, and resolving issues within a timely manner. Qualifications 3-5 years of experience in property management. Multi-family property management experience preferred. Local market experience with proven history in customer service, negotiation, and property marketing / advertising preferred. Valid driver's license (free from major moving violations) and dependable transportation.
