Associate Executive Director, Community Operations
YMCA of Metro Atlanta
YMCA of Metro Atlanta in Atlanta, GA is looking for an Associate Executive Director to supervise daily operations and lead community engagement efforts. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, extensive management experience, and strong communication skills. You will be responsible for fostering relationships within the community, managing staff and volunteers, and overseeing departmental budgets to meet strategic goals.
