Triumph Public High Schools is a Texas-based, tuition-free, public charter high school with 9 schools operating in the State of Texas. Founded in 1990 by Mr. Eduardo Gutierrez and operating as The Student Alternatives Program, we rebranded in 2019 to Triumph Public High Schools. We specialize in serving high school students who are placed at-risk in completing their high school education. Position Overview

Triumph Public High Schools is seeking a dynamic, dedicated and passionate individual with a heart to serve and educate at-risk youth and young adults. As an Instructional Coach at Triumph Public High Schools, you will lead and support high-quality teaching by coaching teachers, strengthening curriculum implementation, and using student data to improve instructional outcomes across the campus.

Key Responsibilities

• Coach, observe, and support teachers to improve instructional practices and student achievement
• Coordinate and oversee benchmark testing, curriculum implementation, and instructional alignment
• Analyze student performance data to guide instructional planning and continuous improvement
• Support campus testing, assessment, and instructional compliance processes
• Collaborate with the Principal and instructional staff to strengthen teaching, learning, and academic programs

This position may occasionally require work on Saturdays, during the summer, or travel within the State of Texas.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited college or university
• At least two (2) years of classroom teaching experience
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
• Ability to pass pre-employment fingerprinting and background check

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree in a core academic area or secondary education
• Secondary (middle or high school) teaching experience
• Bilingual in English and Spanish

Compensation

• Annual Salary Range: $65,000 - $71,000 (based on a 220-day work schedule)
• Salary placement is based on education, experience, and credentials
• Salary is prorated from the effective date of hire

(Equivalent to approximately [$295.45 - $322.73] per workday, depending on placement.)
