Tour Consultant, Individual Sales

Role As a member of our high‑energy, collaborative and competitive sales team, you will play a critical role in developing customer acquisition and retention strategies while simultaneously identifying opportunities to improve the customer experience. Your daily activities will involve making outbound sales calls to potential travelers who have expressed interest in group travel through our website and marketing efforts, and maintaining relationships with our past loyal travelers as they book their next Go Ahead Tour. Our Sales Development Program is designed for those launching a new career in sales or looking to build upon existing skills. The program offers training in sales, product, marketing, industry trends, consultative selling techniques, presentations, public speaking, and dedicated mentorship. There is an uncapped bonus for exceeding sales goals. OTE increases to $72,000 after 12 months. Promotion to Senior Tour Consultant after 2 years of exceeding goals and excellent performance, with OTE of $95,000 ($65,000 base and $30,000 bonus potential).
