Employee Referral Program What We're Looking For Licensed MA Journeyman Plumber – Preferred 3+ years of residential construction experience – Confident working independently and taking charge Experience in new construction plumbing installations – Residential or commercial Ability to read and interpret blueprints & plumbing schematics Strong communication skills & teamwork mindset Valid driver's license & clean driving record Comfortable with technology (Apple products & ServiceTitan preferred) Your Workday Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM – Enjoy predictable hours that let you plan your personal life Plumbing System Installations – Work on residential and commercial new builds Rough & Finish Plumbing – Install piping, fixtures, and water systems from start to finish Read & Follow Blueprints – Ensure accurate and code-compliant installations Coordinate with Contractors & Team Members – Work efficiently alongside other trades Assigned Jobs – From Start to Finish – You are responsible for seeing each assigned project through from beginning to completion, ensuring quality and compliance every step of the way Take Ownership of Your Work – Deliver quality craftsmanship with every installation Why Choose Doug Anderson Plumbing & Heating?
