Lead Application Developer

Salary: $30,000 - 60,000 per year Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Strong experience in application development, CRM systems, or enterprise platforms
• At least 7 years of programming experience with C#, Python, or Java and .NET/.NET Core in a similar financial services environment
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, including App Services, Azure SQL, and cloud-native development
• Advanced SQL Server skills, including complex queries, CTEs, window functions, and data modeling
• Demonstrated experience building integration solutions such as APIs, ETL pipelines, and data workflows
• Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Pardot, or Marketo; deep specialization is not required
• Understanding of core CRM data models, including Accounts, Contacts, Leads, Opportunities, and Campaigns
• Experience across the full application lifecycle, from requirements through development, deployment, and support
• Strong communication skills and ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Ability to work independently and collaborate in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
• Experience in financial services, asset management, or similar industries is preferred
• Helpful additional experience includes Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, Snowflake, CI/CD, Azure DevOps, or microservices architecture

• Lead development of integrations across our CRM ecosystem
• Design and build service-based architectures connecting CRM platforms with enterprise applications
• Develop and maintain applications using Azure App Services, Azure SQL Database, and Microsoft Fabric
• Build and optimize APIs, ETL processes, and data pipelines for critical business workflows
• Partner with stakeholders in Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Relationship Management
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear business solutions and recommendations
• Work with developers and IT teams to identify enhancements, optimizations, and system improvements
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, data discrepancies, and user questions
• Support and enhance CRM workflows, datasets, and reporting capabilities
• Contribute to the strategic vision and roadmap for our CRM platform
