Job Description: Prepare a scope of work, create an estimate, embrace AI technology to write and review estimates. Verify and make changes to estimates, garner approvals, and meet the changing demands of our customers and insurance carriers. Responsibilities: Create and assist in the estimating process for Xactimate construction projects Manage multiple platforms for estimate requirements Touch every job every day and keep the job moving and get the estimate approved Educate customers on process Assist with other estimating duties as assigned by the estimating HUB manager Identify and document project scope of work Maintain customer, client, and third party communications Qualifications: Superb customer service track record Effective written and oral communication Experience in restoration and/or construction estimating is a must High school diploma/GED (Degree Preferred) Experience in the construction project management field Proficient in Xactimate Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law Physical and Work Environment Requirements: Primarily a desk jockey and on the road in our territories visitng losses All employees of a SERVPRO® Franchise are hired by, employed by, and under the sole supervision and control of an independently owned and operated SERVPRO® Franchise.
